What is it?
Soft Pants, Big Dreams is a cozy, transformational retreat nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, offering a 4-day experience where we trade our survival masks for stretchy waistbands and real talk. I've partnered with brilliant women who’ve navigated their own journeys, and we’re inviting you to:
- Rest without apology
- Participate in intimate conversations on a variety of topics
- Enjoy 1:1 coaching sessions
- Experience gentle wellness tools such as Reiki, breathwork, guided meditation, and sound healing. Zero pressure, all curiosity.
- Craft fun projects like affirmation cards or vision boards
- Take plenty of time for yourself to be present in the moment and soak in the environment

Each retreat guest receives nearly $700 worth of personalized wellness experiences, from private energy work to powerful sound baths, somatic therapies, and daily grounding practices.
Each retreat guest receives nearly $750 of private and group coaching in addition to powerful workshops on a variety of topics.
Each participant who completes the retreat will receive $400 of after-retreat integration sessions, digital content and tools in a private community for 30-days after completion of the retreat.
